Those parts are woven throughout the city, naturally. Like any city. There's no lesser or greater corruption in the wealthier parts than the poorer, although a lower likelihood of being taken advantage of in certain ways, maybe. I could give you a list of suspect businesses, but I don't have a pen on me and it wouldn't be complete after just a few days. People look to hurt other people like they always do.

There are some nice restaurants, though.
