[ The thing is, for someone who has been fighting to do the right thing since he was in his late teens, it feels like his chest is suddenly hollow (more than usual) at the realization that he hurt and killed people. Even if it's technically in another universe and, if there's anything he can do to fix it or stop it before it happens, he will. ]

I took some of the sneakers home. I don't activate the cool lights unless I'm out doing farmwork. It's just neat.
