[ Genuinely can't resist switching up his username to echo his other self and, well, aiming to be just as much of an irritation; it's fun, having another him to play off that he actually gets along with. Also, it's apparently Norman's son and while Loki doesn't have (and never used to have) anything against the guy, an Osborn isn't to be ignored one way or another. ]
