Guess where I am!

[A grey face appears on the screen, surrounded by thick black hair and a pair of cat shaped horns. Two gray eyes peer out from within that mass of hair and a smile beams brightly. The camera pulls back a little to show off the lovely river she's beside and dips and twists as she fumbles to show off the buildings nearby. It would appear she's in the City of Romance but that might only be because there's far more couples walking by than seems normal]

My device finally decided to work! I'm not purrticularly sure where I am but it's wonderful. And it's so bright! I've never been anywhere so bright. And everything is covered in white and it's just--gorgeous. I've never seen anything like it.

[And when words finally seem to fail her, she squeals and spins in place] Oh efurryone home is going to be so jealous. Kurloz and me meeting strange new people!

So--So, where is efurryone? I am here. [She holds up her device and makes a slow circle. It looks like she's near the border of Tommorow and Romance] Directions would be nice!

[She grins and waves estatically at the camera and then her head bobs up to look around. Well. The buildings do look very very different on either side of her. None look like home in the slightest but she makes her way to the area that she is not in, the camera bouncing along with her steps]

An alien behind a desk? What desk? Or will a desk magically appear in front of me [She teases, still occasionally looking up to see what strange places are around her] The buildings on the other side were so ...diffurent. These ones are shiny. And it's so bright! I nefur imagined walking in daylight, it's so bright!

The tower antecedent to all seen after hosts the escritoire preached! This great spire stands taller than all else within the city! Thou shalt surely know it upon its sight! [She is teasing but he explains it anyway, all but vibrating in his excitement and eagerness to meet her here.] All agreement from me, my pity kitty! But who could have anticipated such beauty of the grim? The shine is unlike even the ancient rite of the stardust shower! How miraculous it is!

Oh well then, that's so much clearer. [More teasing, more grinning and a helpless giggle at his endearment] But you're right.

[She swings the camera around to show off the views he must already know. The shining peaks of buildings and the sweeping height of it. And there, in the distance, the tallest building she can see.] It should be scary but it's not. It's...awe inspiring. Such glare and fierce light...

[It swings back to herself] But where are you? Are you in this part of the world or another?

I have acquired hive-stay among the towers with a friend! But I must mother fuckin warn thee prior. He appears as though another alien but he is an angel! I have spent time due, however, and can give righteous confirmation he is innocuous and notably kind despite his species.[He nods to emphasize this.] I had been considering offering assitance to the people of adventure or tracing back perhaps study more of the illicit tomes of terror's hold. Continue hence and I shall meet thee instead. Honk.

[She nods, carefully considering, and finally decides that he must know what he's talking about. He's been staying with an angel for more nights than she knows, or at least she assumes so, and he must have a good read on him.

He's far better at reading people than she is after all]

Alright. I purrlieve you. I shall continue hence! To towers of dubious desks. Should I leave you to get on your way or shall we make our way towards each other like this? [She waves the device around, giggling]

[He finds himself laughing along with each giggle, giddy as all motherfuck like they together just got superbly high. Which is not the case, at least in this particular instance. His laughter is punctuated by little honks.]

Let us unite just as so, that we may run to one another's sweet embrace, just like within the romcoms of yore!

[He knows what his girl likes.]

[He knows purrcisely what his girl likes. She grins all bright and eager and the camera bounces a little faster with her steps.]

I know, we've been purrted for soooo very long. Ages and ages.

[Hardly any time at all]

Can we do the spinning around part?

[Adorable. She's mother fuckin adorable. He loves her so much.]

What barbaric beings would forgo the delight of a full mother fuckin spin of greeting one's dearest? Blasphemey, I do preach! Righteously, we shall spin swift as the holy carousels do!

Purrfect! I knew I pitied you fur a reason.

[ She sticks her tongue out and gives a little wink. How far now? Why is the city so big? So big and so far from where she started. She walks a little faster but she doesn't want to run and be all out of breath when she finally gets to him]

[He laughs, returning the gesture of sticking his tongue out at her but unable to keep "composed" as such for long.

The walk is still something. He cannot help but babble.]

There is so much I haven not yet witnessed here, my dear Meulin. So much in which I have not yet partaken. Time may pass but wonder ceases not! My matesprit, there is so much. The opportunities are vast before us!

[He walks faster, looker for ways to great his girl all the sooner. He does not mind if it interrupts his breath, for he talks anyway.]

[She listens to his babbling with the solid comfort that it brings, his chatter, how enthused he is, how he cares so much. He talks of the adventure she wants and she bounces on the balls of her feet, a skip to her step now.]

That city of Romance seemed so lovely and strange, and I know there's a city of night? I think? [Sort of] I want to visit them all. We have purrlenty of time, right? If it doesn't pass at home?

Night and calamity and heroes of yore! [He so then affirms with a nod.] We could be heroes, my dearest. We have all the time! All of it! Perhaps we could stay an age simply exploring it all! [This gives him pause. He had not actually considered staying an age. This place was wondrous but it wasn't home. It was a little more so now but...] I do not know if we age here. [He smiles again.] We must most righteous discover this also!

Oh! I recognize that bit! We are soon to greet!
