[Hi! here's a crooked camera angle of Clint, he sort of looks like he just woke up-- or just had an exciting brawl with a box of bandaids. Either way it's not a good look.

He scratches at at least a day's worth of scruff on his chin and reaches to straighten his CALL device out... it's still crooked but A for effort, right?]

So this lets me talk to all you guys in that crazy city, right? Cities... place, wold? I kinda got the run down -- and had a look around? Also pretty sure I almost had to fight a dragon but...

Uh... not quite T-rex? And I dunno, it had wings so I imagine it could go wherever it wanted, but it was in the forest on the way through... I think this is Sorcery?

[He shakes his head.] I wouldn't go after it if I were you, I'm pretty sure it'd be more than happy to have people like us as a snack.

T-Rex. Tyrannosaurus Rex. [ She blinks as if trying to recall just how large such a creature would be. At his caution, she looks up and grins. ]

You are such a gentleman. But it's quite all right. Where I'm from, we deal with large predators on a fairly regular basis. I am confident in my abilities to remain uneaten. Especially if I'm just going to observe and not actually bring home a trophy.

I'm sorry, I've been terribly rude. Are you doing all right? Is there anything you need that I might help you with?

Like a... zoo keeper? [He's probably not thinking big enough.]

Huh? No i'm fine, I came here with most of these. [He gestures to himself and his no doubt ruffled (and beat up) appearance. It's kinda how he usually looks if we're going to be honest.]

But I'll let you know if I run into any more [and he quotes with his fingers] "large predators."

Oh no. Unfortunately, Barsoom's resources are limited, so we can't actually keep such creatures as the blind white apes or banths -- a type of tiger, if you're from Earth -- in an environment that would be humane. But we hunt, regularly. For sustenance, and in some instances, to protect our communities.

Thank you, I'd like that very much. [ She gives him another bright grin. ] I've already had a run in with one of the giant serpents in Adventure. Their venom seems to affect the nervous system, and causes very vivid hallucinations. I still need to write that up, don't I? [ The last is uttered to herself. After a moment, she blinks and comes back to him. ]

Might I inquire what you do for a living?

I might try to avoid giant anything for awhile, but if you want to compare notes on Earth animals, I know some stuff. [He's not a zoologist or anything, but he'd really been into that kind of thing when he was a kid.

Also he's not exactly sure how to answer that question, because is 'Avenger' count as a profession. And he's not exactly a superhero because there's nothing super about what he does.]

I uh, beat up bad guys mostly. [Oh! But--] Oh, I'm also kind of a landlord I think? [that's a job!]

Like the Chitauri invaders?

Like lots of invaders, Earth's a popular place to... invade, I guess. [But seriously, it's like every few years some alien race or wacky dimensional entity starts creeping all up in their business. Rude.]

I was observing from a distance when it occurred. As someone who shares your solar system, it was a matter of grave concern for awhile there. I was very pleased to learn your people handled it, and in a timely fashion. I must say, I was impressed.
