one ♛ CALL ( video )
[Of all the things that have happened to Giorno Giovanna in his young life — well. This isn't not weird, but it's also not the weirdest. He's still in his own body and no parts of his face are being sliced off, so honestly it's okay. That, and the fact that he's done a fair amount of recon already, plus the fact that anyone who comes after him is in for a nasty surprise, is what makes him look so aggressively serene when he addresses the network.]
[That, plus he just always looks like the offspring of Michelangelo's collected works and Italian fashion week. If he lays on the accent a little thick, it's probably not for nefarious reasons (but it might be) (at least a little nefarious).]
Ah, buonasera, hello everyone! I'm sure you are all very busy on a Friday night, but I wanted to at least say hello as a new arrival. I'm still trying to get a feel for everything at the moment [this is not true] but so far this place seems very . . .
[Say something Nice.]
Well-organized? [Lord.]
Mm, you can always reach me here, of course; I'm making my way through all of the different parts of the city, so if anyone needs anything, I'm happy to help! And then before I go, I wanted to ask: what are your favorite things about the parts of the city you are in? Or least favorite, I suppose, but let's at least start positively, please.

Hey, hey. [And Giorno gets a small wave.] Welcome, I guess?
There's a lot to look at, that's for sure. The City of Tomorrow's been... uh, the least treacherous visit for me so far, so I've been kind of sticking here. Poking my nose into all the tech.

Least treacherous is not really a winning recommendation, so I guess your job back home isn't writing travel brochures? That's two for Tomorrow, anyway. Tomorrow and glass and tech. What kind of tech?

No, it's not. [That gets a good-natured chuckle.] But I mean, what do you expect from a place that's got a City of Nightmare and a City of Shadows? [And then there was the time when Harry went flying down the block and into a building thanks to a conveniently placed banana peel in the City of Laughter. As far as he's concerned, that place sucks and he doesn't like to talk about it.]
Just about anything you could dream of. I mean, they've even got flying cars.

I don't dream of flying cars much. Not never, but not as much as I dream of ice cream, for example. Unfortunately there's not a city for that.
I'm still not entirely sure I understand the difference between Shadows and Nightmare, either. Both need better streetlights.
